Our products are custom made, one-of-a-kind just for you. Please keep in mind, they may require slightly longer deliver times so we appreciate your patience.
1. General:
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission) and agree to follow all applicable laws. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site means you accept these changes.
2. Products and Orders:
We do our best to display product information accurately. However, colors, images, and descriptions may very slightly.
3. Pricing and Payments:
All prices are listed in US currency and include taxes as stated. We accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
We currently ship to the US and are planning to also ship to Canada and European countries. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We’re not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
Standard rate shipping are added to the product cost at time of checkout. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
5. Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
info@watchovercreation.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.
